E12. The ONE LESSON You Need to Not Repeat 2020 (How to be the TRUE Creator of Your Reality)

I'm sure you'll agree that 2020 was unlike any other.

As we come back into a sense of normality, you may feel maybe a little bit of PTSD after so much stuff that happened. And so, in the latest episode of my podcast, I shared ONE LESSON you need to not repeat 2020.

The world and business world are beginning to return to normal after the COVID-19 pandemic. As things open up, you're likely noticing opportunities to flourish more in business.

Would you believe me if I tell you that there is a key lesson that needs to be gleaned from what actually happened last year? And that lesson can catapult you into massive success this year and every year to come. 

If you DON'T learn it, you're susceptible to future chaos. If you DO learn this lesson, you know that you are the true creator of your reality no matter what is happening in the world.

I believe that regardless of what happened to us collectively and individually in 2020, it was really a year that proved how important our personal focus truly is.

[9:05] You can put your focus on something that's true but if you are focused in a direction that feels negatively, the reason it feels negative is because it is not the direction you are going at a soul level. At a soul level, you are UNLIMITED.

[10:43] Improvement is inevitable and it continues, it's everlasting that's GROWTH, it's always going to happen.

[12:52] The improvement is in the direction of improvement, it's not in the direction of the past, the past is what it is.

[13:45] The more attention we put on what we don't like, the more intense our desire for improvement becomes, but the longer we hold ourselves at vibrational odds with that improvement, the nastier it feels as we focus on things we don't like.

[17:30] Contrast is not bad. All improvement is birth from contrast. 

[17:44] Your truth is the growth that you have called for, that's what you're here to do in this life. You are a growing, expanding being!

[18:33] Nothing happens to you that is in a vibrational match to what you're offering. Nothing can become part of your experience that isn't an energetic match.
