The answer is YES!

It's that old broken thinking that says, well, you have to sacrifice if you want what you really want, that you can't have everything you want.

Here’s the deal, when you're tuned in to the vibration of health and wellness, the vibration of a body that you like living in and one that you're comfortable in, you will be drawn to foods that work for you.
So, change the conversation you have with yourself about food and your body.
Say yes to food! Stop calling it a guilty pleasure. If something's pleasurable, say it's pleasurable.
Say you're conditioning your body because it feels nice to work your body and take care of yourself.
Make decisions and feel pleased about them!
Believe that your body is a miraculous adaptive machine. Treat it like that, all right?
