Unconditional Well-Being_Part 1

Did you know that 99.9% of people live CONDITIONALLY? This means they need external conditions to look a certain way in order to feel happy/confident/secure/etc. 

It’s a tough way to live. It’s a rough way to grow success!

I imagine there's a lot of areas in your life where you want improvement or conditions that you want to improve. The trick is that most of us observe external conditions and we think they need to improve before we can FEEL BETTER.

So, conditional living is identifying any kind of external condition that you want to look different in order for you to be happy or for you to feel better. 

And the first step to being free from conditional living is to identify areas in your life where you're living conditionally. And there's a bunch of ways that we do exactly that. 

This is valuable because when you start becoming aware of how you are living conditionally, now you have the awareness to start taking your power back.

And once you have your power back, you feel powerful, and you start creating incredible things in your business and in your life.

So, here we go!

#1 Blaming conditions. Anytime we blame conditions for how we feel, that's giving away our power. Most of the time we don't do it consciously, but we do it willingly.

#2 Worrying about conditions. This is something that's really easy to do with people we care about. And we think that by worrying about it, we're serving the situation. But really all you're doing is giving your power away.

#3 Repeating past conditions mentally. How often do you find yourself doing mundane things and you keep replaying in your mind something that happened in the past? Statistics show that most of us remember the past in fragments. And so not only are we remembering the past incorrectly, but it's also the past. It's over and done with. (We also forecast future conditions before they even happen!)

#4 Acting on conditions. As you observe those unfavorable conditions, you react emotionally and your negative emotional reaction doesn't show you that the conditions are bad.

Now, you think, well, if I'm the creator of my life and I see something I don't like, shouldn't I change it? Shouldn't I act or make a move on those conditions to make it different? 

I'd say instead of doing that, take the things that are going really well and just immerse yourself in the vibrational good feeling space of those things. 

As your vibration starts to get clearer and clearer, your energy begins to shift. Those things in your life that are less favorable will start to shift because they have to match your energy now.

As entrepreneurs, we have all these conditions that we want to create that we would call worthy of positive conditions. The quickest way to creating those amazing conditions you seek is to first find within you the feeling that you're going for. 

All those feelings that you really want to experience, more of those all exist within you at a soul level, at a heart level. You can practice taking your focus off the conditions and putting it within you and instead realize that the energy already exists within you.

Once you can do that, imagine what is now possible for you? The possibilities are endless.
