You're a physical human being, so there are no instances in your life when you're not going to be observing conditions. Every day you're awake, you're going to be looking at conditions.
It is incredibly valuable when you're intensely aware in a specific moment about a condition that's not working for you. Why?
Because simultaneously, you're launching all kinds of desires for improvement.
At what point does stuff start to improve? The moment you get out of the condition! The moment that you feel new desires launches new vibrational summons for improvement. Just by wanting an improvement, the counterpart of that want comes into existence simultaneously.
So, how do you really master this concept of unconditional living?
It's simple. Focus on conditions that feel good!
Focusing on conditions that feel good, really tuning into and turning your attention on them, you're calibrating to a different energy. You're shifting your vibrational set point.
And from that new set point, you're going to start resonating with better conditions - better thoughts, better physical things, better relationships. You're going to rendezvous with better outside physical things because you are changing your inner focus.

Let me tell you, the whole point of this conversation is WHEN it is useful to focus on external conditions.
It's useful if it feels good. It's useful if it feels nice to focus on that condition. That is really about shifting the momentum of the conditions you've given your attention to for a while.
You're going to have to shift the momentum. And the easiest way is to focus on any condition that feels good. Milk it for all it's worth.
And the more you do it, the more you find yourself living in better and better conditions.
You can totally have it all. You live in an infinite, abundant universe.
So, when do you get to have it all? When you start practicing, focusing on conditions that feel good!
