The only thing holding yourself hostage is YOU. The only thing that you have to do ever is to learn to consciously create your being. You get to be what you want to be just because you decide to be it.
And when you just finally realize that you are in charge and you can decide to learn to be happy.
This is what Quantum Being is about. You learn to take charge, you're in charge of how you're being.
When you realize that you're in charge then that's the beginning of a journey to a thousand steps.
