Time and Money are the two common misconceptions that people have about implementing self-care into their routine. Danette tells us that self-care is a personal journey and you have to figure out what works for you and what makes you tick. Owning your day and having control over your day is probably the best thing that you can do for yourself.

[20:33] Selfcare should feel good. Find the things that you like and light yourself up. It is so much more fun to show up with those spaces when you'll gonna full tank yourself. There are so many things that we can do for our bodies. So find things that you like and lights you up. Remember that self-care should always feel good.
